Shohini Bhattasali has accepted a position as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Computational Linguistics in the Department of Language Studies at the University of Toronto, along with a graduate appointment in Linguistics at UofT. She will start a lab at the intersection of computational linguistics and cognitive neuroscience. Shohini completed her Ph.D. in 2019, with her dissertation "A Neurolinguistic Approach to Noncompositionality and Argument Structure", followed by a postdoc at the University of Maryland, College Park.
